Overall Declaration Process
This flowchart is an example of the general steps involved for putting
together a declaration. How the steps are initiated and executed can vary widely, but the
concept is relatively simple and the individual tasks can be modified
to fit the SRPNA Additional Protocol (AP) reporting process for identifying and submitting
the declaration. Having a defined methodology, process, or
procedure that includes a tracking system can help organize the
efforts and document the work along the way. This can be
helpful for training other staff members or to external organizations
that may
have AP-related activities.
